SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from TACSound, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse the TACSound website, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

After registration as a customer, we may send you emails periodically about TACSound, new products and other updates.  At any time, you may request that we remove you from our email list by contacting us at pgtacsound@gmail.com and we will do so.

SECTION 2 - CONSENT

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, place an order, or arrange for delivery, you provide your consent to our collection of your personal information and our use of it for that specific purpose.  You are also consenting to our use of your contact information to periodically send you marketing messages.  At any time, you may request that we remove you from our marketing email list by contacting us at pgtacsound@gmail.com and we will do so.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - CubeCart

TACSound uses the CubeCart e-commerce platform, which allows us to sell our products and services to you.  The CubeCart application is hosted in a multi-domain managed service provider environment.

Your data is stored through CubeCart’s data storage, databases and the general CubeCart application.  The application is hosted by Cyberlynk which stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
