SHIPPING INFORMATION

Timing of Shipments:  Orders are generally posted within three days after receipt and are shipped via Canada Post.  Priority or Xpresspost shipping is available at additional cost.  International mail is generally sent by Tracked Packet International, which is delivered usually in two to four weeks to most countries.  Priority Worldwide and International Xpresspost may be selected, though at higher cost.

Shipping Costs:  We will charge you for all postage costs based on fees established from time to time by Canada Post authorities.  Postage fees vary depending on the destination and package weight.

Package Protection and Tracking:  We will email you information so you may track the package online.  Packaging will provide good protection for items but TACSound cannot guarantee that they will arrive damage free.  Please review our Return Policy.

Customs and Duties:  Customs and duties may be charged by the country of destination.  TACSound is not responsible for payment of such charges.  We mark packages to indicate their educational purposes when applicable; educational uses may be afforded lower charges in the destination country.  If you incur an unexpectedly high custom or duty charge, please contact us.
