RETURN POLICY
Returns: Generally, TACSound does not accept returns; it cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
Damaged or Defective Items: If the item is undamaged but defective, please contact us. Sometimes a CD will not play on a particular device but will play correctly on another device. In these situations, the CD will not be considered defective. Please check the recording on alternative devices. If TACSound agrees the item is defective, return it (at your cost) and it will be replaced (provided copies are still available) at no additional charge. TACSound will pay costs to ship the replacement to you.
- If a replacement is no longer available:
- We will provide a credit which may be used at TACSound (no cash refund), or if a version exists in our archives, we may offer to copy it as a replacement for the defective disc. We would confirm the copy plays correctly in a portable CD player, computer, and stereo before sending it to you.
- Returns of defective items will only be accepted within 60 days of their receipt by the customer.
Duplicate Purchases: If an error or mistake occurs during the online ordering process such that the order is duplicated, TACSound will confirm the duplication with you and then cancel the duplicate order and provide a refund or in some instances, a store credit.
If an item is purchased and then you find it was already in your collection, please contact us and we will try to work something out. However, TACSound cannot guarantee that a return will be accepted or a credit issued.
